I recently created a modification, for skill4ltu, which replaces all Marks of Excellence with bananas.

SPG Marks of Excellence values have risen for the first time since 1.13
From 24.06.21 the Marks of Excellence values started to plummet for every artillery. Yesterday (09.07.21) these numbers increased for the first time since Update 1.13.
Artillery Marks of Excellence requirements continue to plummet
Since the major changes to artillery since update 1.13, the required combined damage values for all artillery has plummeted.
1.13 HE changes have buffed already broken and overpowered reward vehicles.
When the 1.13 High Explosive changes were first proposed, many people were concerned about how this would effect reward vehicles such as the Object 279(e) and T95/FV4201.
