I had seen reports of Anton Pankov appearing as a special gift from a friend for RU and NA regions.
I just sent a gift to a friend and received the commander as a special gift on EU. Whilst I’ve read it is possible for him to drop as a special gift from a friend, I haven’t seen anything to confirm this.
Anton Pankov is the Product Director for World of Tanks, and comes with Brothers in Arms as a Zero-Perk, Sixth Sense and Repairs trained to 100%, and enough XP for a fourth skill/perk.
